It’s not enough to continuously deliver something, but rather, we need to continuously deliver value. By focusing on the end to end value stream of idea through product creation we can ensure the value end state is always top of mind. Part of the challenge is identifying the value streams across your organization. After value stream identification, the composition of delivery teams across functions becomes important to minimize costly handoffs. This talk will explore value stream identification, working across value streams, and the composition of teams and their effectiveness to ensure that when we continuously deliver, we are delivering value.
