E-Training, Online training, Distance Learning, E-Learning... many different names for a great resource. Whatever you call it, E-Training is a powerful and flexible tool for organizations that need to provide training to their members, and it can be an invaluable resource for individuals looking to improve and increase their skills on their own. At this session, we will share real stories about how this type of training has been influential in many organizations and has allowed people to get the help and support they need without leaving their desks.

Garrick Chow from Lynda.com, Sarah Spaulding from Wharton Research Data Services and Donna Beccaria and Lori Abrams from Bristol-Myers Squibb will present on ways their organizations have implemented Online Training programs. They will provide helpful guidelines, tips/tricks and will discuss the various successes and failures they have encountered as they have developed their online training courses.
