Taco Bell doesn't look to digital to tell stories, but rather make them. They do this by partnering with fans to turn Snapchat and Tumblr on its head with live-films and comic books, and blacking out their social media accounts to promote a new ordering app. Their commitment to weaving a rich narrative across all mediums -- a narrative that fans directly influence and contribute to -- has blurred the lines between "traditional" and "digital."
