For nearly 20 years marketers have struggled to gain a comprehensive multichannel view of their customers so that they can create better user experiences. This presentation will layout some of the challenges that have plagued these efforts and some of the exiting new technologies that are now making it possible to pull together customer data, marketing applications, and cross-functional teams to finally leave the world of analysis and enter the world of action.
