How a technical algorithm and an innovative approach to quantitative telephone research provided a forecast with 99%+ accuracy, enabling the FCA to effectively manage the transfer of responsibility for the consumer credit sector from the OFT. This case study will demonstrate how to manage and adapt sampling and analysis to provide accurate forecasting, and how to interpret the data to enable effective business, resource and communication planning.
