To game or not to game?

Everyone is talking about gamification, but showing caution when it comes to adopting it. This session describes a unique experiment where the principles of gamification were introduced to enliven the respondent experience on one of Leapfrog’s “longest and most boring” surveys. The results demonstrate how the approach can work in developing as well as developed markets, how the respondent experience can be improved and how even a long, data heavy survey can be made fun.
