You will learn the what, why and how of: · Using relational network analysis to address racial, ethnic, gender and other disparities in retention and engagement rates. · Using social process design to harness the creative tension of diversity toward better decision making and problem solving. · Anchoring your inclusion efforts in individual authenticity and helping your organization move out of assimilation and into inclusion. · Building your D & I efforts upon a science- and evidence-based foundation of human behavior acknowledging that we all have bias, make assumptions, label and categorize others.
