A large part of being a designer involves encouraging the audience to take action, to do something. Everything from a marketing call to action to committing to exercise more with a mobile app, the measure of success for our designs is the action that our users take. But there are many factors that can take a user off of the "Happy Path" resulting in a lack of action and an unsuccessful design. In this talk I'll explain some behavioral tactics you can have in your toolbox when solving a design problem to help your users be more successful at taking action.
