We will briefly look at organizational culture, some examples and how it maps with modern complexity approach. Architecture is both the big plan and consistency in details. We will have a look at the big picture of change architecture, the reasoning behind and some examples of the interesting details, like building an internal coach network, experiential training program and the speed of change.
